They Said It Could Not Be Done, but....

Our Trampoline was a twisted mess after last weekends brutal wind storm.  Grampy and Dad watched it take off like a flying saucer. Anyway, after bending back cracked, damaged pieces and welding sleeves made of round stock to replace the broken tubing .... it is alive again.

Graduation Weekend May 2013

Chuck and Jane flew to Missouri for Mike's graduation, and we had a fun-filled weekend.  Of course, the highlight of the weekend was the trip to Columbia on Saturday.  We are so proud of Dr. Michael C. Bartig!

Sissy went and won a tennis match in Kansas while Carter had dad all to himself to fly kites, blow bubbles, swing and jump on the trampoline.

New Range Rover came home today --- Carter approves of the TV screens in the headrests and 6 cd changer/Dad likes the air shocks/suspension system.

Carter Questions Everything These Days....

Sitting here at my desk looking at a pic of Carter and thinking about how much it defines his behavior these days... he seems to be taking  us through a whole new definition of the terrible threes!

Jacob and Carter

Jacob spent the day with us on Sunday, and they had a great time playing outside.  Of course, on their way to the fence at the back of the property, they had to walk through a mud puddle in the neighbor's yard.  It is amazing how mud attracts little boys!  What do you think about the rubber boots and shorts?

Tulips in Bloom

Mike planted daffodils and tulips last fall, and we enjoyed them this spring!
