She Floated Away...(More pics from the 8th grade dance)

Laura had a few friends to the house before the dance. Then they met more friends at the lake to take a few pictures. She had a great time at the dance, but she laughed when I asked her if she danced with any boys. That's my girl!!

Eiffel Tower High!

Included are a couple of photos taken at Laura's final day of Track practice. The coach threw a party for the kids and stuffed them chock-full of sugar treats. Hopefully you can get a read on the magnitude of the sucrose high experienced by the adolescents.

Something I learned today

Carter spent the day outside skinning knees and watching a backhoe dig a trench for a new water line to the barn.
