Europe

Laura and I were in Europe for two weeks this summer and had a wonderful time.  We flew into London, then Paris, Switzerland, Florence, and finally flew out of Rome.  It was a marvelous trip, and we can't wait to go on another trip together.  We travel well together!

While we were having fun in Europe, Carter was having fun in Uncle Mark's pool and spending some quality time with Granny, Grampy, and Dad!

Summer Fun

Becky and I took the boys to a water park called Schlitterbahn. They had a blast.

We also took Carter to his first Kansas City Royals baseball game. Little did we know this would be the winning season for the Royals-World Series Champions!

At the end of VBS, the children do a performance, and of course, Carter is always the star of the show!

Fun in the Neighborhood

There was some construction happening across the street in June, so Landon and Carter took full advantage of getting close to the machinery.  They both enjoyed watching the construction taking place.
The boys also had fun with the water slide this summer!
